HOUSE RULES: 

1) At check out/when full, please put all garbage in black bins on curb, and recycling in blue bin on curb. Secure straps on bins. Please DO NOT leave any trash or food stuff anywhere outdoors as the wildlife will get into it.

2) This is not a party house. Location is in a quiet mountain neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

3) Please treat our house as you would like your home to be treated. 

4) PETS – Pets are not allowed. Tenant will be charged $250 or will forgo their full security deposit if pets have been discovered to have been in the cabin during their stay.

5) No Smoking Indoors

6) PAYMENT – Full payment is due at time of reservation.

7) CANCELLATIONS – A 30 day notice is required for cancellation. Stays booked during holiday periods are not open to cancellation (unless cabin is re-booked for same dates and number of nights). Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made less than 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit any payment and reservation deposit unless property is re-booked for the same dates and number of nights. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival (except as noted above), or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Cleaning Fee: $150

Security Deposit: $500 (to be returned after departure and inspection of premises)
